The Russell Elite team is composed of graduates from world-class universities, including Harvard, Yale, Columbia, MIT, Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College London, the London School of Economics, and other prestigious institutions. Our team brings together experts and scholars from a variety of fields both domestically and internationally.

Ms. Weiwei Wang holds dual master’s degrees—a Master of Education from Oxford University and a Master of English Language and Literature. She is a senior expert in overseas education, formerly a lecturer in economics at the University of London, with over 10 years of experience in European education and training.

Ms. Lili Zhang earned her Master’s in Management from Cambridge University and was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She has extensive experience in capital operations, resource integration, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Yulin Zhang holds a PhD from Oxford University and a bachelor’s degree from Imperial College London. He has held leadership roles in various university student organizations in the UK, bringing extensive experience in supporting students and volunteers. He is also recognized for his leadership in public philanthropy.

Ms. Xiayi Fan has a master’s degree in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Cambridge. She previously worked as a research analyst at the RAND Corporation, a renowned international think tank, and specializes in game theory and marketing strategies.
